Shipping is handled by a third party carrier in which the shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Urbane, relinquish all rights to the third party delivery service in which items may be delayed (due to unusual activity), lost and/or damaged. 

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers inability to deliver packages in a timely manner.
• Customs delays for international orders.
• Incorrect shipping information provided by customers or poor management with shipping and handling due on the behalf of deliver service.
• Risk of lost items during the transfer process to you, upon delivery.
