PAYMENT METHODS
At Urbane Society, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. We also offer offline payments for your convenience. If you have any questions or concerns about payment methods, please don't hesitate to contact us.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS
We take pride in our commitment to sustainability and quality at Urbane Society. We accept returns and echanges of non-damaged items within 14 days of purchase. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGES & REPAIRS

We will gladly repair any of our handmade jewelry pieces complimentary within 30 days of purchase. Repairs made beyond 30 days will incur a charge of $50. Any items that are damaged beyond repair, for example a popped cable will not be eligble for repair and will be replaced at retail price. Items for repair must be returned with all original parts.
