We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time, deemed eligible for the market price due to socio-economic factors.

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors (largely due to custmoray items consultations for sourcing and pricing sustainable material for selective jewelers, in collaboration with but not limited to a sole market.)

• Refuse and/or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers inability to deliver packages in a timely manner.

• Customs delays for international orders.

• Incorrect shipping information provided by customers or poor management with shipping and handling due on the behalf of deliver service.

• Risk of lost items during the transfer process to you, upon delivery.

To be eligible for return and/or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unused and undamaged.

• In original condition and manner in which it was delivered and received in. 

• Returned in original packaging in which it was received.
