Natural gemstones may have slight variations, due to lighting, display/upload process or compatibility and editing.
We do not guarantee that product descriptions are free of errors, slight mistakes, and/or creative visual expressions.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payments

At Urbane Society we accept all forms of payment, privy to credit cards and/or debit cards. Due to the courtesy of the Urbane Society hosting platform, it includes other payment processing systems such as Paypal, Google Pay, and Shop. For consumer convenience, formally contacting Urbane through contact and emailing the company, a customer representative rep would handle processing and payments for alternative methods.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

Change prices at any time, deemed eligible for the market price due to socio-economic factors.
Cancel orders due to pricing errors (largely due to customary items consultations for sourcing and pricing sustainable material for selective jewelers, in collaboration with but not limited to a sole market.)
Refuse and/or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers including but not limited to payment processing systems such as Paypal, Google Pay, and Shop. We do not store your full payment information.

Orders & Acceptance

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of purchase, purchase will be pending approval for it can be finalized properly to ensure the quick and easy processing and shipment, making an overall great experience with all parties involved.

Thus, we reserve the right to:

Cancel or limit quantities.
Refuse service to anyone.
Cancel orders due to suspected fraud.

If your order is canceled after payment, a refund will be formally issued in the manner most appropriate.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by a third party carrier in which the shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Urbane, relinquish all rights to the third party delivery service in which items may be delayed (due to unusual activity), lost and/or damaged.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers inability to deliver packages in a timely manner.
Customs delays for international orders.
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers or poor management with shipping and handling due on the behalf of deliver service.
Risk of lost items during the transfer process to you, upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our commitment to consumers to deliver the best customer services as possible. Thus in taking pride in sustainability, quality and service, Urbane accepts returns and/or exchanges, on non-damaged items, within 14 days of purchase.

Returns must be in their original condition with packaging included, meaning that all products must be unused, unworn, and undamaged to be fully eligible for return.

To be eligible for return and/or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unused and undamaged.
In original condition and manner in which it was delivered and received in.
Returned in original packaging in which it was received.

Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and/or eligible for return/exchange. Items will be sent back and thus will require additional payment of $26.99 for shipping and handing fee.

Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@urbanesociety.us with your order number within 14 days of receiving your item or through contact us.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: consumers should best describe in detail the reason for return (didn’t fit, wrong color, wrong item, too big) in which Urbane would try their best to accommodate customers through proper assessment.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

We take pride in our commitment to consumers to deliver the best customer services as possible. Thus in taking pride in sustainability, quality and service.

Products that are customary are not eligible for return and/or exchange. Therefore, consumers are afforded the opportunity to utilize their damaged and repair benefits in which fully covers items that have been damaged, altered and/or doctored.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by customers (e.g., spelling errors in engravings). Production timelines for custom pieces are estimated, in which customers will be giving estimations for jewelry. Pricing is subjected to change depending on sourcing and production of material, which sparks and on-going consultation. Keeping engagement with customers and Urbane, continuous to build trust and relations.

Warranty Disclaimer

At URBANE Jewelry Studio, we stand by the craftsmanship of every piece. Customers who invest in an item $300 or more with us enjoy exclusive, two years care benefits (selective items only, additional fees may apply to the severity of damage):

Repairs

Complimentary repairs for any clasp or jump ring breakage.

Remakes

If your cable breaks, we'll remake your piece for a flat $100 fee, using your original materials (any extras charged at cost)

Refresh

For natural wear over time, we'll restring and replace components for $100 plus materials, restoring your jewelry's original luster.

Each repair is completed with the same precision and artistry as the day it was made.
