Returns & Exchange
URBANE Jewelry Studio accepts returns and/or exchanges, on non-damaged items, within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that this offer does not extend to custom orders, therefore custom orders not eligible for returns and/or exchange.
Returns must be in their original condition with packaging included to be fully eligible for return. Custom pieces are not eligible for return, therefore, customerscan reference the warranty for any repairs in which fully covers items that have been damaged.
Process:
- First, formally contact URBANE Jewelry Studio via the online platform with the subject line, “Return.”
- Secondly, describe in detail the reason for return (didn’t fit, wrong color, wrong item, too big) in which Urbane would try their best to accommodate customers through proper assessment.
- Thirdly, shipping and handling will be on consumer responsibility, to ensure that product/item is covered.
- Fourth, sit back and wait, payment will be returned in the original form or payment (deduction may include but not limited to fees pertaining to shipping and handling) thanks to the extensive payment processing platform provided by the Urbane Society domain carrier. All payments are secured throught proper channels.
