Payment Method
At Urbane Society we accept all forms of payment, privy to credit cards and/or debit cards. Due to the courtesy of the Urbane Society hosting platform, it includes other payment processing systems such as Paypal, Google Pay, and Shop. For consumer convenience, formally contacting Urbane through contact and/or emailing the company, a customer representative rep would handle processing and payments for alternative methods.
Returns/Exchanges Repairs:
We take pride in our commitment to consumers to deliver the best customer services as possible. Thus in taking pride in sustainability, quality and service, Urbane accepts returns and/or exchanges, on non-damaged items, within 14 days of purchase. Please note that this offer does not extend to custom orders, therefore making custom orders non-eligible for returns and/or exchange.
Damages & Repairs:
We will gladly repair any of our handmade jewelry pieces complimentary within 30 days of purchase. Repairs made beyond 30 days will incur a charge of $50. Any items that are damaged beyond repair, for example a popped cable will not be eligible for repair and will be replaced at retail price unless it is under warranty. Items for repair must be returned with all original parts.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Products that are customary are not eligible for return and/or exchange. Therefore, consumers are afforded the opportunity to utilize their damaged and repair benefits in which fully covers items that have been damaged, altered and/or doctored.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by customers (e.g., spelling errors in engravings). Production timelines for custom pieces are estimated, in which customers will be giving estimations for jewelry. Pricing is subjected to change depending on sourcing and production of material, which sparks and on-going consultation. Keeping engagement with customers and Urbane, continuous to build trust and relations.
Please note that there is a non-refundable consultation fee of $55. Deposit fee must be valid before booking consultation.
Warranty & Care Instructions:
At URBANE Jewelry Studio, we stand by the craftsmanship of every piece. Customers who invest $300 or more with us enjoy exclusive two years care benefits.
Repairs:
Complimentary repairs for any clasp or jump ring breakage. Keeping you stress-free and stylish.
Remakes:
If your cable breaks, we’ll remake your piece for a flat $100 fee, using your original materials (any extras charged at cost).
Refresh:
For natural wear over time, we’ll restring and replace components for $100 plus materials, restoring your jewelry’s original luster.
Jewelry Care:
Your URBANE jewelry is handcrafted from natural pearls and gemstones, each piece unique by design.
To preserve its beauty:
- Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth periodically.
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, or chemicals.
- Do not submerge in water for extended periods.
- Store flat in a dry, temperate space, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch.
- Remove before showering and before bed.
Handled with care, your piece will last forever.
